Linux System Administrator

An up and coming startup is looking for highly intelligent and motivated people for the post of Linux System Administrator.
Requirements
1. 1-2 years of professional (or equivalent) experience
2. Strong grip over *NIX like operating systems (we use Debian & Ubuntu)
3. Expertise in shell scripting (bash, zsh), Perl, Python & *NIX tools (sed, awk, grep, find)
5. Ability to learn new things, automate repetitive tasks
6. Solid understanding of Networking, TCP/IP
7. Knowledge about maintaining Database. Mail, Web, Jabber servers
8. You must be a highly motivated individual with leadership skills
Good to have
1. A 4 year degree in Computer Science (we care about what you know, not the college you attended)
2. Knowledge of Amazon AWS, AMQP
3. Experience with Apache, Nginx, PostgreSQL, memcached, Postfix
4. Understanding of and contributions to FOSS
5. Distributed Version Control Systems
